PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. was established on September 20, 2016, under the name PT Misi Hutama Internasional and is a subsidiary of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. In 2022, the Company changed its name to PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional. On July 31, 2022, a merger was carried out between the Company, PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional with PT Hateka Trans Internasional, a subsidiary of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportation Tbk. HUMI ​​became the Surviving Company of the Merger. On August 9, 2023, the Company entered a new chapter by conducting an Initial Public Offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by offering 2,707,000,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp100 (full amount) per share and an offering price of Rp100 (full amount) per share.

The Company carries out its business activities focused on the distribution and energy infrastructure sectors including the port and maritime ecosystem. The Company has various business lines, including LNG transportation, oil and petrochemical transportation, port services, management and development of Human Resources (HR), especially ship crews, to ship management.
