Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. Appointed as Chair of the ESG Committee based on Board of Commissioners Decree No. 001/SK/Dekom-HUMI/I/2024 since January 19, 2024 – present.
In addition to serving as President Commissioner of PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk, he also serves as President Commissioner of PT GTS Internasional Tbk (2024–present) and President Commissioner of PT GTS Internasional Tbk (2020–present). Previously, he served as President Commissioner of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (2021–2023), President Commissioner of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (2021–2023), Director of PT Humpuss (2016–2021), President Director of PT Inti Golflink Resort (2012–2016), Director of PT New Kuta Condotel (2008–2018), Director of PT Bali Pecatu Graha (2003–2012), Director of PT Mandala Buana Bhakti (1996–2003), Chief Finance & Accounting of PT Permadani Khatulistiwa Nusantara (1993–1996), Finance & Accounting Manager of PT Cardig LEP Internasional (1991–1993), and Consultant at the FEUI Management Institute (1989–1991).
He completed his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics, Department of Accounting, University of Indonesia (1990) and has a certification in Audit Committee Practices (CACP) in 2023.

In addition to serving as a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk, he also serves as President Commissioner of PT ETSI Hutama Maritim, President Commissioner of PT ETSI Hutama Maritim, Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT HITS (2021–present), and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT GTSI (2021–present). He previously held several important positions including Dean of IPMI International Business School, Dean of UPH Business School, Director of Postgraduate Programs at UPH, Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Multimedia Nusantara University, and Director of the Finance MM Program at Bina Nusantara University. He also served as Independent Commissioner at PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (2013–2018), Senior Counsellor at Vriens & Partners (2012–2015), Independent Commissioner and Chairman of the Risk Monitoring Committee at Bank Niaga (2005–2007), and Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Co Indonesia (1998–2001).
He holds a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Corporate Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, United States (1996), a Master’s degree in Management and Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands (1990), and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Pennsylvania, United States (1989). He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Bogor Agricultural University (1986), and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Bogor Agricultural University (1989).

In addition to serving as Corporate Secretary of PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk, he also serves as a Member of the ESG Committee of PT GTS Internasional Tbk (2021–present). Previously, he served as Corporate Secretary of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (2018–2023), Head of Community Development of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (2015–2018), and Public Affairs Manager of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (2013–2015). Previously, he also served as Corporate Public Relations (1997–2010) at PT Timor Distributor Nasional, PT Timor Putra Nasional, and PT Intagri Link Resort, and worked at PT Balisani Sentrawisata (1995–1997).
He completed his Masters of Management (S2) in Communication from Trisakti University, Jakarta (2010), and earned a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication Science from Sahid University, Jakarta (1995).
