He studied as a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Financial Management in 1984 at the University of Indonesia. Then he continued his master's education majoring in Financial Management at STEI in 1988 and in 1994 took a master's degree in management at Padjadjaran University.
Previously served as Director of Pension Funds at Bank Mandiri 1999 - 2002 then as Head of Department of Bank Mandiri from 2002 - 2009. Joined with PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. since 2012 till 2018 as Head of Internal Audit and Corporate Secretary.

Indonesian citizen, lives in Jakarta. Appointed as Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member since March 31, 2023 based on the Board of Commissioners Decree No. 002/SK/Dekom-HUMI/III/2023.
Undergraduate program at FMIPA/Statistics of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Master of Management and Finance Program at Erasmus University Rotterdam and University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA), and Doctoral Program of Corporate Finance at University of Pittsburgh, USA.
He has held various important positions, namely Dean of IPMI International Business School, Dean of UPH Business School, Director of UPH Graduate Program, Dean of Faculty of Economics of Multimedia Nusantara University, Director of MM Financial Program of Bina Nusantara University. In addition, he served as Independent Commissioner and Chairman of Risk Monitoring Committee of Bank Niaga, Senior Consultant of McKinsey & Co Indonesia, Senior Counselor, Vriens & Partner. Previously he served as Independent Commissioner in PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. in 2013 - 2018.
Has no affiliation with members of the Board of Directors and other members of the Board of Commissioners and Shareholders.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee Charter is a guideline that regulates the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in carrying out its supervisory and quality assurance functions in the company's nomination and remuneration process. Through this charter, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee is committed to carrying out its duties with full independence, professionalism, and objectivity to ensure the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles and the realization of a fair and transparent remuneration system on an ongoing basis.
