Indonesian citizen, lives in Jakarta. Appointed as Member of Audit Committee since March 31, 2023 based on the Board of Commissioners Decree No. 002/SK/Dekom-HUMI/III/2023.
She studied Accounting from the State College of Accountancy (STAN), Jakarta and Master of Science, Accounting program from the University of Wisconsin, United States of America. Actively teaching at the Ikatan Komite Audit Indonesia, certified Fraud Auditor, Certification in Audit Committee Practices, and Qualified Internal Auditor.
From 1999 to 2013, various important positions were held at BPKP, Deputy for Public Services at the Ministry of PAN and RB (2013-2016), member of the Budget, Audit & Actuarial Committee of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (2016-2020), and Independent Commissioner and Chairman of the Audit Committee at PT PNM Ventura Capital (2017-2021).

An Indonesian citizen residing in Jakarta. Appointed as a member of the Audit Committee/Independent Party from 2021 to the present.
In addition to serving as a member of the Audit Committee of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk, he also serves as a member of the Audit Committee of PT GTS Internasional Tbk (2021–present). Previously, he held several positions including Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at HIT (2020–2023), Member of the Audit Committee at HITS (2012–2020), Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at HITS (2009–2012), Commissioner at a coal mining company (2004–2009), Commissioner at PT Podium (2001–2004), and at PT Pertamina (1975–2001).
He holds a Master’s degree in Management from LPMI Jakarta (2004) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Christian University of Indonesia (1974).
