Ship management involves all operational, technical and administrative aspects necessary to keep the ship operating efficiently, safely and in accordance with applicable regulations.

These activities include:

1. Technical Management: Routine maintenance, repairs and technical inspections of the vessel to ensure the vessel is in seaworthy condition.
2. Operational Management: Shipping route planning, fuel efficiency, cargo management, and ensuring ships comply with international and local shipping regulations.
3. Administrative Management: Legal documentation, ship registration, insurance, certification, and compliance with regulations from regulatory bodies such as International Maritime Organization.

The majority of HUMI Ship Operation Management is carried out through PT Humolco LNG Indonesia (HLI), a subsidiary of GTSI, prioritizing the improvement of operational quality. This strategy is carried out so that operations on the ship run well and professionally, because of the reputation and competence possessed by HLI.
