This Ramadan program is a support and a place for employees to get involved in activities to share goodness in the blessed month. Raising the theme Unlocking The Happiness in Ramadan, Ramadan is interpreted as a month that brings happiness from various aspects such as closeness to Allah, increasing the pleasure of worship, togetherness with family and sharing with the same. Ramadan is an event to increase gratitude and empathy for others.

HUMI President Director Tirta Hidayat explained, "We believe that the balance between worldly and spiritual needs is the main key to employee productivity. Through this Ramadan program, we hope to trigger the spirit of employees to continue to spread goodness, become better people, and together provide real benefits to society.

Ramadan is a Gathering Event for Employees

In order to increase the spirit of family and enjoy the beauty of breaking the fast together, HUMI held BUBARAN (Breaking Fast Together with Employees) together with management. The activity was held with all subsidiaries and presented a leading resource person from ESQ Iman G Herdimansyah who gave an inspiring lecture to start the breaking fast together. Equipped with beautiful decorations and a photo booth to add to the excitement and festive atmosphere of Ramadan, the event was greeted with enthusiasm by employees.

Series of Ramadan Activities with the Spirit of Sharing Kindness

Every Monday and Wednesday, after congregational Dhuhur prayers, HUMI employees have the opportunity to participate in DATES (RaMAdan Lecture) from qualified ustadz through inspiring lectures with various themes. KURMA becomes a spiritual oasis in the midst of busy work, providing enlightenment and inner peace. Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, through the program COMPETE (Sharing TAKJIL for people around) Hundreds of takjil were distributed to drivers passing around the HUMI Group office area in Mangkuluhur City and Granadi. This real action is a symbol of HUMI's concern for others, bringing smiles to the faces of those who are fasting

Through TOGETHER (Sharing for each other), HUMI does not forget to share happiness with those in need through donations for orphans. Ahead of Eid al-Fitr, HUMI shares attractive gifts through the program BERISI (Sharing Eid al-Fitr gifts). And the program SPREAD THE PEOPLE (ALMS TOGETHER ON FRIDAY) which accommodates employees to give alms on this blessed day.
